CASES THAT CAN BE EXPUNGED IN MISSOURI

Attorney Tyson Mutrux describes in this video about Cases that Can be Expunged in Missouri

Hi, Tyson Mutrux of the Mutrux Law Firm here. Right now what I want to do is I want to go through the list of cases that can be expunged in Missouri because Missouri law sends out a few that can be expunged, and there’s also underneath that certain criteria. I’m not gonna go through what that criteria is. I’ll still go through the actual list of types of cases that can be expunged.

Those include DWIs, drunkenness in public or drinking actually in schools or in churches — it’s a weird one, but you can expunge it, peace disturbance, trespassing, property damage, tampering in the second degree, negligent setting of a fire, fraudulent stopping of payment,  for example you write a cheque and you stopped payment on that fraudulently, also fraudulent use of a credit device or a debit device. Maybe you’ve stolen a credit card or something like that, that can be expunged. The last one is a passing of bad check. Those last few are ones actually are fairly new because they’re just recently added in the last couple of years, they can actually expunge now.

So if you have any other questions about that, give us a call at 314-270-2273 or 888-550-4026 or feel free to email me, tyson@mutruxlaw.com .

Thanks for watching. Have a great day!
