HOW LONG IT TAKES TO DETERMINE WHETHER YOU HAVE A MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CASE

Attorney Tyson Mutrux describes in this video how long it takes to determine whether you have a medical malpractice case

Hi! Tyson Mutrux here with the Mutrux Law Firm. Today I’m answering the question of, “How long it normally takes to determine whether you have a medical malpractice case?”

The answer to that question could be months. Usually what to do is we’d get all the medical records, all the billing statements, interview of several witnesses, maybe interviewing nurses or the doctors that were there, and we rely on experts to let us know where the doctors went wrong. So, it could be months before you get an answer whether the other side’s liable and then it could take years for the case to conclude because many times the doctors and hospitals will challenge whether or not they’re going to get back at you.

If you have any other questions about that, give us a call at 888 550 4026 or check us at www.mutruxlaw.com. I also encourage you to like us on Facebook and also subscribe for our personal injury page on YouTube. It really helps us out. Thanks a lot. Have a great day.
