Attorney Tyson Mutrux describes in this video whether it is more difficult to prove a medical malpractice case

Hi! Tyson Mutrux here with the Mutrux Law Firm. Today I have the question of, “Is it more difficult to prove a medical malpractice case than other types of personal injury cases?”

The answer to that question is not necessarily more difficult. However, there’s a lot more hoops you have to jump through. You have to hire more experts. It takes a lot longer usually to determine whether the doctor’s liable. There’s a lot more that goes into it. So, I wouldn’t say from a legal standpoint it’s more difficult. However, there are other challenges. There are more expenses that you have to deal with. There’s just a lot more work that’s entailed therein. In a way, yes it’s more difficult, but from a legal standpoint, not really.

If you have any other questions about that, give us a call at 888 550 4026 or check us at I also encourage you to like our Facebook page and subscribe to our YouTube page. We have a lot of free legal information on there. Thanks a lot and have a great day.
