Attorney Tyson Mutrux describes in this video about statutes of limitation for vaccine court cases

Hi! Tyson Mutrux here with the Mutrux Law Firm. Today I want to talk about statutes of limitation for vaccine injuries and deaths that are to be filed in a vaccine court. Now, these can kind of get complicated so I’m going to explain these as best I can. If you have any other question, make sure just give us a call at 888 550 4026. But for an injury, it’s three years from the first sign of the first symptom, okay? For a death, it’s two years from the death and four years from the first symptom, so you got to make sure you look at both, four years from the first symptom and two years from the death that occurred from the vaccine injury. Now, the injuries are based upon vaccines that are in the table put out by the vaccine court, and for new ones, you have two years to file from the date — it was listed on the table —  for the previous eight years, so if the injury was from nine or ten years ago, you’ll likely don’t have a claim because even though it’s just listed on the table, it was too long ago.

If you have any other questions about that, give us a call at 888 550 4026 or check us at Thanks for watching. Have a great day.
