What is a Direct Examination?

Attorney Tyson Mutrux describes in this video what is a direct examination

Hi! Tyson Mutrux here with Mutrux Finney, P.C.. Today I’m answering the question of, “What is a direct examination?” Now you probably heard that term on legal shows like Law & Order or other legal shows. All it is, it’s you simply calling your witnesses to the stand and asking them questions. That’s it. There’s no magic to it. There’s nothing special about it. It’s just you calling your witnesses to the stand, asking them about testimony, putting on evidence to direct examination. It’s nothing else.
If you have any other questions about that, give us a call at 888 550 4026 or check us at www.mutruxlaw.com. Thanks for watching. Have a great day.
