WHAT IS AN MIP?

This is Greg Klote from Mutrux Finney, P.C. and today we’re going to talk about MIPs. What that means is, Minor In Possession. In the State of Missouri, anyone under the age of 21 is guilty of an MIP if they are caught, 1) purchasing liquor underage, 2) possessing liquor underage, or 3) containing blood-alcohol content of 0.02% or greater.
