From Dirt to Grit
Courtney grew up in Neosho, Missouri. Growing up in Southwest Missouri, she could be found barefoot on her family’s cattle farm or running around her Dad’s law office watching him be a personal injury attorney. After high school, Courtney attended Pittsburg State University, where she was highly involved in on campus activities, such as SGA and Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority. At Pittsburg State she received honors by being Outstanding Greek Woman Nominee, a Pittsburg State University Outstanding Senior Finalist, and a PSU Homecoming Candidate. Courtney also had the privilege to move to Washington, D.C. for a Legislative Internship through a Missouri Senator. Courtney graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration.
After receiving her undergraduate degree, Courtney attended The University of Arkansas at Little Rock Willaim H. Bowen School of Law, in Little Rock, Arkansas to pursue her law degree. This is where her passion for the law bloomed. Courtney was chosen to be a part of their competition trial team and competed in national competitions. Courtney was also elected by her peers to serve as a 3L Student Bar Association Senator. While in law school, Courtney was able to clerk at a personal injury firm as well as the Pulaski County Prosecutor’s Office. These opportunities further solidified her love for trial work and advocacy. After Courtney received her Juris Doctorate degree, she took and passed the Arkansas Bar Exam. Courtney currently serves our clients in multiple states.
In Courtney’s free time she enjoys being outside and anywhere by water. She loves spending time with her friends and family. Courtney is an avid leisure sport enthusiast. When she is not working she can be found playing golf, pickleball, volleyball, tennis, and anything else she can get her hands on.
