A Champion in Case Management.

My name is Katie and I am a Case Manager for the Red Team here at Mutrux Firm Injury Lawyers. Prior work experience includes healthcare and law enforcement with my most recent roles being a Community Service Aide for the Columbia Police Department. I responded to and investigated traffic accidents. I also worked for Missouri State Highway Patrol reading and reviewing traffic crash reports.

My role here at MF as a Case Manager is to review a client’s file to make sure we have all the correct information, keep tabs on their medical treatment, request medical records and bills, review provider and health insurance liens, dealing with adjusters, and assist attorneys in setting up cases for litigation.

The best advice I can give to clients is get medical treatment! Even if you were in a minor accident, there could be unseen injuries. We want you to feel your absolute best! It brings me a lot of joy to hear that treatment is helping.

I love helping our clients and making them feel like they have someone in the corner/having their back. They are going through a lot at the moment and I help them feel not alone.
