What to do if you’ve been injured after getting the Measles Mumps and Rubella vaccinate

Attorney Tyson Mutrux describes in this video what to do if you’ve been injured after getting the Measles Mumps and Rubella vaccinate

Hi! Tyson Mutrux here with the Mutrux Law Firm. Today I’m talking about what to do if you’ve been injured taking the measles, mumps and rubella vaccine. Now you have to remember, you can only file claims in the vaccine court, which is in federal court. You cannot do it through state court, so make sure whenever you’re looking for an attorney you find someone that practices in federal court, in vaccine court, so if you find someone trying to file in state court, you cannot do that.

The next thing you need to know about is that the injury for measles, mumps and rubella — sometimes it’s called MMR, you may see it — is depending on the symptoms you are showing, they must have occurred within four (4) hours, in other instances it’s five (5) to fifteen (15) days, so you need to look at the Vaccine Injury Table to see what it says because the symptoms have to start to show within the guidelines in the Vaccine Injury Table. If you want a copy of that, go to our website www.mutruxlaw.com. We have a copy of it there. If you have any other questions, give us a call at (888) 550-4026.

Something else you need to know about attorney’s fees, attorney’s fees are actually paid through the vaccine court. As long as you have a viable claim, you don’t pay anything out of pocket and you’re compensated out of the vaccine court.
