Alyse James

Alyse serves as the Senior Case Manager at Mutrux Firm, where she brings compassion, dedication, and a problem-solving mindset to every client interaction. Her passion for helping people and finding effective solutions is at the heart of her work.

She began her journey with the firm as an Intake professional, quickly advancing to a Case Manager role on the litigation team. Her strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex issues led to her promotion as Senior Case Manager. In this role, she continues to guide clients through their cases while supporting the team with her experience and insight.

Alyse holds an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice with a dual major in Paralegal Studies. Before entering the legal field, she worked in retail and is a certified diamontologist, a fun fact that doesn’t apply to her current role but still makes for a great conversation starter!
Outside of work, Alyse is a proud mom of three and enjoys spending quality time with her family. She’s always up for a challenge and loves exploring new hobbies, especially baking and cooking.
