What is a Direct Examination?

What is a direct examination? Lawyer Tyson Mutrux Explains.

Hi! Tyson Mutrux here with the Mutrux Finny, P.C. Today I’m answering the question of, “What is a direct examination?” Now, you have probably heard that term “direct examination”on legal shows like Law & Order or other legal shows. A direct examination is simply calling your witnesses to the stand and asking them questions. That’s it. There’s no magic to it.

There’s nothing special about it. It’s just you calling your witnesses to the stand, asking them about testimony, and putting on evidence.

It’s nothing else.

If you have any other questions about direct examinations, give us a call at 888-550-4026 or check us out at www.CompleteInjuryLaw.com. Thanks for watching. Have a great day.
