The two things to avoid discussing on facebook

Attorney Tyson Mutrux describes in this video the two things to avoid discussing on facebook

Hi! Tyson Mutrux here with the Mutrux Law Firm. Today I’m talking about the two things you want to avoid talking about on social media if you’ve been involved in a personal injury case. The first thing is talking about or posting things about your injuries. No matter what you post or what you talk about, insurance companies are going to be able to twist your words.

The other thing you want to avoid is anything about physical activity that you’re doing or planning on doing. What they’re going to say is, they’re going to post these in trial, they’re going to post your pictures online and your comments and say, “Look, such and such wasn’t got hurt because she was on a roller coaster ride,” or, “She went for a walk.” Whatever it is, they’re going to try and use that against you. Even if you’re traveling, they’re going to talk about how you’re in an enough physical condition to travel. So, they can use all that against you.

So, make sure you avoid those two things. Avoid anything about physical activity or anything about your injuries. If you have any questions about that, give us a call at (888) 550-4026. Also, make sure to subscribe to our channel for information about other legal issues. Again, thanks for watching Mutrux Law Firm. Go to www.mutruxlaw.com or call us at (888) 550-4026.
